A CAR collided with a hedge and overturned in Bewdley on Wednesday morning.
Emergency services crews were called to the incident in Cleobury Road at around 9.45pm.
An elderly couple had been helped out of the car prior to the crews arrival.
A spokesman from WMAS: "There were two patients, a man and a woman, both in their 70s.
"The man, who was driving was treated for chest pain and minor cuts to his legs, while the woman appeared to have escaped injury.
"They were both transported to Worcester Royal Hospital on the same land ambulance.
"One ambulance, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford attended the scene."
Firefighters from Stourport and Kidderminster stations also attended the scene to ensure the vehicle was safe.
West Mercia Police confirmed the road remained open throughout the incident.
