A ROCK ‘n’ roll singer and his band are set to shake it up and keep Bewdley music fans dancing at a concert.
St Georges Hall will host a ‘Rock’n’Roll Summer Dance Party’ featuring Elvis, Little Richard, Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly covers act Sunjay and his Band on Friday August 3.
Sunjay previously impressed crowds at the Bewdley venue last year with his Buddy Holly tribute set and returns with his lively band and repertoire of popular hits to get people up and strutting on the dancefloor.
People are encouraged to put on their blue suede shoes and show off their 50s outfits as they enjoy the folk and blues classics.
Sunjay has previously been nominated for several awards, including a BBC’s Young Folk Award, a British Blues Award, as well as winning the Wath Festival Young Performers Award.
Tickets cost £15 and are available online via www.thehall-bewdley.org.uk.
Doors for the concert open at 7.30pm.
