STEAM train enthusiasts can enjoy a special morning event hosted by an acclaimed TV filmmaker at this year's Bewdley Festival.
Documentarian David Parker will talk about his experiences filming his locomotive programmes at St George's Hall on Thursday October 18 at 10.30am.
David has made four programmes on the steam train revival for the BBC, including a film about the challenging rebuild of the Flying Scotsman.
Some of the footage for his films was shot at the Severn Valley Railway.
He will be taking the Bewdley audience through the filmmaking process, showing clips from his work including the Flying Scotsman film.
The steam train fanatic will share humourous and joyous stories about the production, and some of the problems he encountered along the way.
Tickets for the event cost £10 and are available via the www.bewdleyfestival.org.uk
