A WYRE Forest charity are preparing for their own big day as they launch their first ever bridal fair in Kidderminster.

The Kemp Bridal Fair will take place on Sunday September 2 at Kidderminster Town Hall from 11am to 3pm, which will showcase their wedding attire from their newly opened Bridal shop on Oxford Street.

The fair will also host stalls featuring local wedding providers, and will hold a special raffle for guests to win a gown of their choice from the Kemp bridal range, as well as other donated items.

Head of Retail at Kemp Hospice, Lynne Haines said: “Planning a wedding can be a daunting experience but luckily Kemp Bridal are on hand to offer as much help, support and encouragement as we can by hosting our first ever wedding fair.

We want to give brides, and grooms-to-be, as much choice as possible, teaming up with some fantastic local wedding providers who are all making a donation to Kemp Hospice to be there.

“We’ve just opened our brand new ‘by appointment’ Kemp Bridal shop on Oxford Street in Kidderminster.

"There was such a demand for us to do it, to give Kidderminster the chance to buy pre-owned, donated dresses as well as brand new ones.

We wanted to showcase these at Kidderminster Town Hall at the Kemp Bridal Fair so there will be a very special fashion show taking place as well on the big day.”
