CASH was stolen at knifepoint from a man and woman in Radford Avenue in Kidderminster last night (Tuesday).
The couple, who had been working nearby, were targeted by two men wearing dark hooded clothing and armed with a knife at around 9.40pm.
Police say a reasonable sum of money was stolen before the men fled the scene on foot.
Officers have seized evidence from the scene and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Inspector Jake Wright, of West Mercia Police, said: "Detectives from our CID department will continue to investigate and I encourage anyone with information regarding who is responsible to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or direct to myself at Kidderminster Police Station at 01562 826171 or by email to jacob.wright@westmercia.pnn.police.uk."
