KIDDERMINSTER Beekeepers' Association (KBKA) will again be running its beginners' course in the new year.
Starting at 7pm on Wednesday, January 30, the 10 "classroom" sessions will be held at Kidderminster Baptist Church hall in Franche Road.
These will be followed by two hands-on sessions at the association's apiary at Bishops Wood.
The courses cost £66.50, which includes membership to the KBKA, which will support beginners to get started with their own bees after the course.
A spokesman for the KBKA said: "Bees are really important part of the eco-system and need all they can get. Places on this popular course are limited so we recommend early booking."
