Police are appealing for the public's "urgent" help to trace missing 66-year-old Barry Green.
Barry, who is described by officers as "vulnerable" was last seen around 3.30pm yesterday (Monday) afternoon at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley.
He was seen getting on a bus, possibly the no. 6 Stourbridge circular.
A spokesman for Dudley police said: "We urgently need your help to find 66-year-old Barry Green."
They went on: "Barry is vulnerable and has some health issues that require medication, which he is without."
He's white, 6ft 2ins with long hair. Last seen wearing black trousers , several coats and a high-vis jacket
Anyone who has seen Barry is urged to call the Western locate team on 101."
