AN acclaimed Americana band are bringing their country rock sound to the Bewdley stage to delight music fans.

London-based supergroup Orphan Colours will perform their unique brand of alternative country music at St George's Hall on Friday March 22.

The band is made up of Steven Llewellyn and Dave Burn from the alt country outfit Ahab, drummer Steve Brookes from group Danny & The Champions of The World, bassist Graham Knight, and Noah & The Whale guitarist Fred Abbott.

Their 2018 album “All on Red” was nominated for Album of the Year at the recently held Americana Music Association Awards.

The band have graced many stages in the UK, Denmark, Germany and Australia as well as notable music festivals including Bestival, Green Man, Wilderness and Board Masters amongst others.
