STOURPORT residents are livid after a bus information board was smashed soon after its installation last week.
The new real time information board, which is situated on Dunley Road, A451, near The Old Beams pub, was installed only last Friday, June 21.
Now, annoyed residents have taken to social media after the screen of the new board was found smashed, with one Facebook user saying it was vandalised on the same day it was installed.
Another user said: "It is to be hoped that those responsible are soon found and properly punished."
A spokesperson for Worcestershire County Council said “We are really disappointed to see the recently installed real time information board in Stourport damaged. We will be repairing this as soon as possible.”
