KIDDERMINSTER residents can bring their faulty or broken belongings to a repair café to be fixed for free.
The Kidderminster Repair Café will open again this Saturday, September 7 from 10am to 2pm at The Youth House on Bromsgrove Street.
The Café is a new approach to waste reduction, offering a friendly social meeting place where people can bring damaged or broken household items to be repaired by multi-skilled volunteers.
People can bring along electrical appliances, electronic gadgets & devices, furniture, jewellery, toys, clothes and textiles, clocks and more to be fixed, and donations are welcome.
Guests can also enjoy a coffee or tea and cake while they wait for items to be fixed.
The Café will open every on the first Saturday of each month.
