WYRE Forest beer lovers can quench their thirsts at a returning three-day festival celebrating five years of fundraising.

Wolverley Beer Festival will welcome enthusiasts to try out over 30 local beers, ciders and gins, alongside live music starting on Friday, September 27, through to Sunday, September 29 at Wolverely Memorial Hall.

Featured beverages at the event include Beavertown draught ales, alongside new local brewers Hartlebury Brewery, who have donated the ale to the festival.

There will also be a returning gin bar at the festival, with a new selection of British gins, and is sponsored by Bewdley gin producer Hintons.

The live music programme will see local favourites The Jayne Peters Band headlining on the Friday evening, and Kunda Buffa on the Saturday evening.

The festival is open from 6pm to 11pm on Friday, 12pm to 11pm on Saturday and 12pm to 4pm on the Sunday.

An early bird booking discount is currently available, which includes festival entry valid for all days, as well as a limited edition Souvenir Glass and a six Token card worth three pints of beer, lager or cider, which can also be used for wine and gin purchases.

The special offer can be purchased via wolverleymemorial.org.

Festival entry and beer tokens can also be bought on the day.

Money raised at the festival will be donated to the Wolverley Memorial Project.
