A £1,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of a wanted Kidderminster man.

Officers have renewed their search for Matthew Lavelle, who is wanted for breaching a restraining order and is being recalled to prison.

A police appeal for information on Lavelle's whereabouts was first launched a month ago, and police have since carried out searches in Kidderminster after receiving reports he was in the Horsefair area.

The 37-year-old is described as a white man, around 5ft 11 tall, of a slim build, and with fair brown hair.

He also has a tribal tattoo on his left arm.

Police say Lavelle's appearance may have changed from this image taken in 2016.

He is believed to have links to both Worcestershire and Merseyside areas.

A West Mercia Police spokesman said: "A reward of up to £1,000, funded by the Crimestoppers charity, will be given for information provided that leads to the arrest and charge of Lavelle.

"Please call 101 with any information."
