A SCHOOLBOY was left seriously injured after being hit by a car on a rural road just outside Kidderminster.
The 11-year-old boy was struck by a white Nissan Qashqai on Heath End Road, Belbroughton, at around 3.40pm on Tuesday (September 15).
West Mercia Police said the boy has suffered 'serious injuries' but is now in a stable condition in Birmingham Children's Hospital.
He was believed to have been crossing the road after getting off a bus.
Officers investigating the incident are appealing for any witnesses or any drivers with dashcam footage.
