THERE will be temporary traffic signals on a main Brierley Hill road this week while the council carries out tree work.

The traffic will be managed with stop and go boards in Delph Road from Thursday (September 24).

The works, by Dudley Council's green care team, are expected to continue for two and a half weeks - finishing on Tuesday October 13.

The traffic will be managed from the junction of Turners Lane to the Black Horse pub on the road, also known as the B4172, from 9.30am till 3pm each day.

Dudley Council released the information and said it is "subject to change, as works may appear on the network due to immediate situations arising, additional works being scheduled or works being subject to extension due to engineering difficulties encountered on site."
