AN inquest into the deaths of four young people who died after a car hit a tree in Kingswinford has been opened.
Driver Joshua Parkes, aged 21, and passengers Isabelle Floyd and Lucy Tibbetts, both 16, died at the scene on Tuesday October 13 after the Skoda Fabia they were travelling in hit a tree.
Nathan Cartwright, aged 18, died in hospital on Saturday (October 17) and a fifth passenger, a teenaged girl named on social media as Izzie Ramsell, this week continued to fight for her life in hospital.
The inquest was opened and adjourned at Black Country Coroners Court on October 23 by area coroner Joanne Lees.
