Stourport Ladies 2nd XI 2-2 Litchfield 1st XI:

Stourport ladies 2nd XI entertained Litchfield 1st's coming away with a 2-2 draw, in last weekend's Premier division match. Stourport started slowly and found themselves a goal down from a short corner, but the home side fought back and after some pressure won a short corner of their own with a slick finish from Hannah Corcoran seeing Stourport level the scores. However, another short corner for Litchfield saw them re-take the lead before the break, taking it to 2-1.

Stourport came out in the second half a different side. Creating multiple chances, they dominated the half, but were unable to find the back of the goal, until ten minutes from the end when they equalised through Claire Pearson. Stourport still pushed forward and looked the most likely to take all three points, but had to settle for a draw.

Stourport added a second when Captain Teresa Moss's pass from the half way line found Stacey Jones on the baseline, whose cross into the 'D' found Emma** who dived and hit the ball past the keeper for Stourport's second after fifteen minutes. Stourport Mens 2nd XI 0-4 Bromsgrove 1st XI:

Stourport made the short trip to Bromsgrove 1st's, last weekend, fully aware of what to expect, and the home side didn't disappoint the visitors. Showing why they are favourites to gain promotion from the West Midland Premier, the hosts took an early two goal lead. Stourport showed great character throughout the match, never giving up, but the pattern had been set where Bromsgrove played with more freedom than Stourport, who had to all turn out in defence, but where Bromsgrove added two more goals before the end. There seemed to be some hope for Stourport though, when they scored what would have been a consolation goal, only for it to be disallowed.

Wood added his second and Stourport's third with a quick reaction goal after a scramble in the opposition circle, and all three points were assured when captain David Knott scored Stourport's fourth late in the match with an unstoppable strike from the top of the 'D' into the bottom corner of the goal.
