KINVER'S Rock Houses are hosting a family-friendly Halloween pumpkin trail throughout the half term holiday.

Little ones can see how many pumpkins they can spot hidden in the grounds of the National Trust attraction.

Seasonal fun such as lantern-making and the usual parade have not been possible at the site this year due to the coronavirus crisis but a spokesman for the trust said: "The autumn colours are particularly beautiful this year on Kinver Edge, and there are lots of funky fungi to spot in the woods and heath.

"In the Rock Houses we have a family-friendly pumpkin trail – little ones can see how many pumpkins they can spot hidden around the garden and in the cottages. Hint – not all of them are real pumpkins."

The trail is running throughout half term.

Tickets to visit the Rock Houses can be booked online at nationaltrust.org.uk/kinver-edge-and-the-rock-houses/whats-on.

There is no need to book to visit the countryside of Kinver Edge.
