VIEW: Of the Red Bank Road car park in Grasmere
A SOUTH Lakeland car park will be closed from the beginning of next week while works are carried out.
South Lakeland District Council (SLDC) have announced they will be closing the Red Bank Road car park in Grasmere from Monday, November 2.
This is in order to carry out resurfacing works to the car park.
The council warned that the car park will need to be free of vehicles from Sunday, November 1.
SLDC said that they plan on having the Red Bank Road car park back open again by mid-December.
