Police thanked the public for sharing their appeal to help locate a wanted man
POLICE have thanked the public for sharing their appeal to locate a wanted man with Kidderminster ties.
Darren McCarthy who has connections to the the town, Worcester and Birmingham, has now been arrested.
The 32-year-old is accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Thank you everyone who shared our appeal to find Darren McCarthy.
"A 32-year-old man was arrested this morning (16 November) and is in police custody."
