MORE flood barriers are being installed in Bewdley today in preparation for rising river levels.
Weather warnings remain in place for Worcestershire, with Storm Christoph set to bring rain and high winds to the county in the coming days.
Though Tuesday was a mostly dry day, today is set to see heavy rain across Worcestershire with flooding a possibility.
The weather forecast for today is for heavy rain from 6am until 10pm, followed by lighter rain thereafter.
Flood defences are being put in place at Beales Corner today (Wednesday, January 20), following the installation of barriers at Severn Side North yesterday.
B4195 Stourport Road is now closed between Beale's Corner & Westbourne Street for flood barrier installation.
Bewdley Bridge is set to close to vehicles at 7pm for approximately 4 hours.
