LINES are blocked on the railway through Kidderminster Station after a landslip at a nearby pub.
The landslip, near to the Railway Train pub in Offmore Road, happened shortly after 4pm and has caused delays to train services through the area.
Photographs show a car hanging over the edge of the landslip and several fence panels and a section of the floor surface have fallen down the slope near to the tracks.
Firefighters are understood to have secured the car to a brick wall to stop it from falling onto the tracks, however all lines through Kidderminster remain blocked.
Train services between Worcester, Kidderminster, Dorridge, Whitlocks End, Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham Snow Hill are said to be affected.
Trains may be cancelled, delayed or revised and disruption is expected until the end of the day on Thursday (January 28).
The Shuttle has contacted Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service for comment.
