POLICE are appealing for the public's help to trace this man who has links with Dudley and Rowley Regis.
Christian Bell, aged 35, from Tipton, is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his licence conditions.
Police said: "Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact us via Live Chat at west-midlands.police.uk between 8am and midnight or call 101 anytime, quoting crime reference 20BW/48677Z/21.
"Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111."
