OFFICERS have made an arrest following an attempted theft at Happy Staffie Rescue in Kidderminster.
The incident happened on Wednesday night (February 24) just after 7pm at the Worcester Street site.
CCTV footage posted on the Happy Staffie Rescue Facebook page shows a person unsuccessfully trying lift a gas cannister in a caged area.
After shaking a fence, the person then climbs over it to make an escape, before leaving the site with another person.
Kidderminster Safer Neighbourhood Team confirmed they have now arrested a man on suspicion of attempted theft.
The male remains in police custody.
