The second episode of this two-part special will see Sheila and Gyles taking a ride on an old working boat and uncovering the history of Stourport town.

The Great Canal Journeys camera crew visited Kidderminster's own Museum of Carpet in September as volunteers taught Sheila and Gyles about the town's heritage and the origins of the carpet industry in Kidderminster.

The hosts even had a go themselves at operating one of the museum's authentic hand looms.

Sue Hetherington, manager for the Museum of Carpet, said: "We are delighted to be featured in this episode of Great Canal Journeys.

"It was very exciting meeting Gyles and Sheila and seeing the camera crew at work in the Museum of Carpet.

"Viewers will get a glimpse of the museum and our giant power looms and meet our wonderful volunteers.

"I hope that, when we reopen in May, people will come and visit the Museum in person and discover for themselves all that we have to offer."
