EGGS have been hidden in shop windows throughout Kidderminster town centre to keep youngsters entertained throughout the Easter break.

The Easter egg hunt has been organised in conjunction with town centre businesses and Kidderminster Business Improvement District (BID) to run from April 3 to April 17.

Trail maps listing the 10 locations can be picked up in the Swan Centre, at the bottom of the escalator, outside Kidderminster Town Hall and inside Costa at Weavers Wharf.

All the eggs can be found by peering through the shop windows and clues are included in the trail map.

Sammy the swan is looking for new friends and on the back of the trail map, you and your children are invited to colour, collage or paint the swan and post it in the 'egg and chick' letterbox located next to Bridie's Fruit and Veg Stall in the Swan Centre.

Competition and prize draw winners will be announced on Kidderminster BID's Facebook page on Monday, April 19.

To add to the fun, between midday and 2pm on Saturday, April 17, Sammy Swan, the Swan Centre mascot, and a local stilt walker will be walking through the town centre with little surprises, and social distancing messages, so bring the kids, join the trail and say hello.
