MORE than 350,000 people in the county have now received at least one dose of a Covid vaccine, the latest figures show.

A total of 350,668 people in Worcestershire have now received at least one dose of a Covid vaccine up to April 11 according to NHS figures.

As many as 50,132 people in Worcester have now received at least one dose of a Covid vaccine.

The number of doses being handed out in the city dropped from around 4,000 per week throughout March to just over 600 in the last week of data available.

The data now shows that figure has halved again with just 304 more people receiving at least one Covid jab in the last seven days of data available.

A total of 13,902 people in Worcester aged under 50 have now received at least one Covid jab.

As many as 6,680 people aged between 50 and 54 have had at least one jab and 6,535 people aged between 55 and 59 have now received at least one jab.

A total of 5,384 people aged between 60 and 64 in Worcester have now received at least one jab and 4,783 people aged between 65 and 69 have had one jab or more.

Figures show a total of 4,712 people aged between 70 and 74 have received at least one jab in Worcester and 3,463 people aged between 75 and 79 have had at least one jab.

A total of 4,673 peopled aged 80 and over in Worcester have received at least one Covid jab.

The latest NHS figures show a total of 47,327 people in Malvern Hills have now received at least one dose of a Covid vaccine.

A total of 97,459 people in Wychavon, which includes Evesham, Pershore and Droitwich, have now received at least one vaccine.

Elsewhere in the county, a total of 55,961 people in Wyre Forest have now received at least one jab.

As many as 43,643 people throughout Redditch have now received at least one dose of a Covid vaccine.

The figures show 56,146 people in Bromsgrove have received at least one Covid jab.
