AN investigation is underway following allegations of drug use and dealing at the Dunelm car park in Kidderminster.
The furniture retailers say they are working with the police in relation to the issue in a closed off area of the store's car park, located on Green Street.
Photographs of the site show needles, fire damaged furniture and graffiti on the wall that says "stoners only" and "get out."
A witness, who has seen the evidence of drug use on the site, claims a lift shaft was kitted out with furniture and was likely used as an “office to sell drugs from.”
He told the Shuttle: “Somebody who has been dealing drugs commandeered the lift shaft.
“I don’t think Dunelm realise how much of an issue they have.”
A spokesperson from Dunelm said: “We’ve been made aware of the incident and are working with the relevant local authorities to look into this matter.”
