POLICE have launched a witness appeal after a man and a woman were both assaulted in Kidderminster town centre.
The two were attacked with a glass bottle by a group of men between Blackwell Street and the High Street on Saturday, April 17.
The assault happened between 8.15pm and 8.30pm. Both victims suffered serious injuries to their heads and required urgent medical attention.
CCTV footage shows a number of people and cars passing through the town at the time. Police have asked those who witnessed the assault or those who have dash-cam footage, to get in touch with them by quoting the log number 677i of 17 April 2021.
