WYRE Forest firefighters were called out to battle a trackside blaze near the Severn Valley Railway.
The fire broke out on vegetation next to the railway track at Rifle Range Nature Reserve, Kidderminster, earlier today (Wednesday, June 2).
The fire crew extinguished the blaze using beaters and was dampened down using water backpacks. It took them an hour to put out the fire.
