A MAN from Redditch has pleaded guilty to criminal damage.
Junior Hart of Beoley Road West damaged a Christmas tree, a table, two letter boxes and a shelving unit, to the value of £120 belonging to YMCA – a youth charity – on December 31, 2020.
The 23-year-old was ordered to pay £120 in compensation and pay £70 in costs.
A pensioner from Bewdley has been fined after exceeding the speed limit on Broadway bypass.
Brian Clarke of Stourport Road drove a motor at speed exceeding 50 miles per hour, which is the specified speed limit.
The 73-year-old was fined £92, disqualified from driving for six months and ordered to pay £60 in costs.
A man from Redditch has received a five-week jail term suspended for 18 months after pleading guilty to assault.
Keith Langton of Watery Lane assaulted two individuals and a police officer by beating on February 26.
The 39-year-old also damaged a West Mercia Police car.
Langton was ordered to refrain from consuming alcohol throughout a period of 90 days and banned from entering Morrisons in Redditch for 18 months.
He was also ordered to pay £636 in compensation.
