A MAN has died after being found unresponsive at an address in Kidderminster.

Police attended a concern for safety call and found the man in cardiac arrest.

Officers performed CPR and used a community defibrillator until paramedics arrived, but nothing more could be done to save the man.

A spokesperson for Wyre Forest Police said: "Despite Police and Paramedics best efforts, a man found unresponsive at an address in Kidderminster has sadly died.

"Officers attended a concern for safety and found a man in cardiac arrest at his home. CPR was started while local officers rushed a Community Defibrillator to the scene. Shortly after Officialwmas arrived and took over. Unfortunately nothing more could be done to save the man's life.

"Our thoughts go out to the man's family at this upsetting time."
