FIREFIGHTERS are currently dealing with a large industrial fire in Kidderminster this afternoon.
The fire broke out at an industrial unit in Park Street, Kidderminster after a call came in at just before 3pm.
People are asked to keep their windows closed and stay away from the scene.
Explosions and sirens can be heard across the town while the billowing smoke can be seen from miles away.

Road closures
Police are warning that the following roads are closed:
Park Street with Park Lane and Castle Street
Bewdley Road by the Hospital.
Police say other road closures going in place, so please avoid the area, and keep windows closed.
What West Midlands Ambulance Service has said:
West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We received a call from the fire service reporting a large fire in Park Street, Kidderminster at 2.53pm today (Wednesday).
"We currently have an ambulance, three paramedic officers, Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) paramedics and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham with a MERIT trauma doctor and critical care paramedic on board at the scene."
Advice to residents
PHE West Midlands has warned that any smoke can be an irritant. "If people are outdoors near fire in Kidderminster they should avoid/limit time spent in areas affected by smoke/ash Substances in smoke can worsen health problems like asthma and heart conditions so people should carry their medication if near.
Eyewitnesses
Paul Dancyger and Clive Bennett from Sheet Metal Services on Hill Street co-own the business which is close to the site. They said they aren't sure which unit it is
Paul said: It's shocking it happened so quick. I tried to get in and get my backpack and there were flames at the top of the unit. I thought it was thunder, I looked outside and it was black. Clive said: "It was happened so quick, there was a guy telling us to evacuate."
Adam Woodhouse, aka Kiddy Lad, was at the scene. He said: "My unit is probably on fire at the moment.
"I was working away as I do just building campervans. Lad over the road comes running in there's an explosion, fire next thing I know come out and black smoke is billowing over the unit."
