A KIDDERMINSTER woman breached her suspended prison sentence and was fined after attacking a police officer.
Hayley Hope, of Chester Road North, admitted assaulting PC Williams on September 3 this year.
This follows a suspended sentence order handed to the 56-year-old less than a month before. The order was made on August 9 at Worcester Magistrates' Court for behaviour likely to cause harassment and failing to surrender to police.
Appearing at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court earlier this week on Monday (October 4), Hope was ordered to pay a total of £339 for the assault charge.
This included a £120 fine, costs of £185 and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
On the day, she also admitted breaching the suspended sentence order as she committed a further offence during the operational period.
Her suspended sentence order is now a prison term of 12 weeks - suspended for 18 months.
The defendant must also comply with rehabilitation activity.
