A SUSPECTED thief has been arrested after he was chased by police.
Officers responded to an alarm that was set off at the Household Recycling Centre on Minster Road yesterday (Sunday, October 10).
A police dog aided the search for the suspect and the safer neighbourhood team later chased after him on foot.
A man was arrested on suspicion of theft.
On Facebook, Wyre Forest Police posted: "After a short foot chase and a quick search by a police dog, a man has been arrested on suspicion of theft after SNT responded to an alarm activation at the Household Recycling Centre, Minster Road."
