RESIDENTS of Wyre Forest are being asked to donate toys to help to bring a bit of cheer to youngsters having to spend Christmas in hospital.
Mandy Griffiths is running her Christmas toy appeal which aims to deliver presents and other items to children at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
In 2019, she ran a successful project for the children’s ward at Worcester and is now collecting presents such as books, games, puzzles, baby items and toiletries.
Mandy said: “With Christmas fast approaching, we are looking for donations of toys and gifts for children at Worcester Children’s ward. Your donation will bring a smile to kids in need.”
Mandy is looking for toys and gifts suitable for ages from birth to 18 years. All items must be new, tagged and sealed due to Covid restrictions.
Donations are being accepted by Mandy up to December 11 2021. People can contact Mandy on 07497 204838.
