AN UNTAXED car was seized by police at a retail park in Kidderminster.
Kidderminster police said the driver passed a roadside breath test - but they found the car had no tax or MOT.
Officers seized the Ford from the Crossley Retail Park yesterday (Friday December 10).
They tweeted: "The driver of this vehicle passed the road side breath test this afternoon, but failed to ensure his vehicle was taxed.
"It didn't have a valid MOT certificate.... Vehicle seized.
"Take this opportunity to check your vehicle before taking to the road this winter."
