A FLYTIPPER has been handed a hefty fine after they were caught dumping a fridge freezer in Kidderminster.
Wyre Forest District Council previously investigated a report of flytipping on Harvington Hall Lane.
The council posted on Facebook: "It doesn’t pay to flytip as one resident found out when they were caught dumping a fridge freezer on Harvington Hall Lane, Kidderminster.
"The flytipping was reported to us by a member of the public, we then began an investigation and identified the individual.
"The flytipper was then issued – and since paid – a £400 Fixed Penalty Notice.
"You can help us keep the district a safe, clean and green living environment by reporting flytipping to us through our My Wyre Forest mobile app or web portal – http://www.wyreforestdc.gov.uk/mywyreforest."
