A KIDDERMINSTER hairdresser is over the moon after winning a prestigious industry award.
Stacey McKnight Hairdressing, based in Blakedown, Kidderminster, was named 'Hair Extensionist of the Year' at the English Hair and Beauty Awards.
Voted for by the public, the awards celebrate exceptional customer services and excellent businesses, clinics and practices.
Salon owner Stacey McKnight said: "I'm so proud of this achievement not only for myself personally but for the recognition it brings my new business and the hardworking and dedicated team I have around me.
“With the current climate, it feels like we've had to work twice as hard to make sure our clients are happy whilst adhering to tough government restrictions and guidelines, not to mention getting my brand new salon off the ground at the same time.
"Winning this national award proves that hard work really does pay off and I can't wait to see what the future holds for Stacey McKnight Hairdressing and our talented team."
