KIDDERMINSTER residents bagged themselves hundreds of pounds on the popular TV show Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
The town appeared on the show's Ring My Bell segment, where audience members are asked to stand up and shout 'ding dong that's my doorbell' if they spot their road.
If their neighbours recognise the area, they must dash to the door within 45 seconds, with a random item selected by the hosts, and shout “ring my bell."
In last Saturday's episode (April 9), audience member Julia Watkins from Kidderminster was surprised when her doorbell was selected.
A neighbouring couple rushed to the doorbell, with another neighbour trailing close behind, carrying tins of beans.
After the couple rang the bell, Ant and Dec announced that both Julia and the couple won £500.
In the final episode of the series, fans of the show have taken to social media to praise the programme's regular game and have asked for its own show.
