A KIDDERMINSTER pensioner has pleaded guilty to attempting to arrange the commission of a child sex offence.
Peter Joyce, of Shaw Avenue, admitted two charges when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Saturday, June 11.
Joyce admitted attempting to facilitate an act that he intended another person to do, involving the commission of a sexual assault offence involving a seven-year-old child.
The 68-year-old also pleaded guilty to attempted breach of a sexual harm prevention order by attempting to contact the child indirectly.
Both offences were committed between May 11 and June 10 2022.
Joyce is now set to appear at Worcester Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, July 8.
