JOHNNY DEPP and Jeff Beck signed a t-shirt that will be auctioned to raise money for a woman's life-saving surgery.
Rachel Pighills, from Pershore, was injured in a freak accident involving a ceiling fan and has since lived with a complex neck injury causing her brain to slowly sink into her spine.
The couple has been trying to raise money for Mrs Pighills' operation for the past few years.
However, The Pighills have been raising money to repay a mystery benefactor who loaned them £130,000 to help fund the operation in Barcelona.
The loan has helped her hit the £350,000 needed to pay for the operation and care while in Spain.
Johnny Depp and Jeff Beck are helping to raise funds by signing a t-shirt the Pighills' are hoping to auction.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star was visiting Birmingham as part of his tour after his controversial trial with his ex-wife Amber Heard.
Husband Guy Pighills said: "Jonny Depp and Jeff Beck signed our t-shirt when they were in Birmingham.
"One of our close friends was in close contact with them, and asked them to sign it, we want to auction it and raise money."
The couple hopes to auction the t-shirt and raise the money for their Rachel's Fight for Life.
