A PLAN to build new houses at the site of a former children's home in Kidderminster has been lodged.
Applicants have submitted a planning application for four new homes on Ludlow Road, to the south of the town centre.
The site of the proposed new development is a former NHS children's home.
The new residential development would feature three-bedroom semi-detached houses, with car parking and private rear gardens.
