POLICE have increased patrols around building sites in North Worcestershire after several thefts, burglaries and criminal damage have been reported.
Many of the sites are covered by remotely monitored CCTV and an image of a man was captured at a site in Kidderminster during a recent break-in.
He was seen by site security in the early evening and the next day it was noted that 900 litres of fuel was missing from the site tank.
Anyone with any information about the person or the diesel theft then contact police quoting reference number 00600_I_24062022.
Anyone who spots any suspicious activity around building sites, especially in the evenings or at weekends, is urged to report it so police can make sure the people on site are authorised to be there.
North Worcestershire Police tweeted: "We are urging communities to report suspicious behaviour."
