Plan to convert Post Office into sun bed beauty salon approved
A PLAN to convert a former Post Office and shop into a beauty salon has been given the green light.
The proposal to transform the Calder Road site in Stourport into a beauty salon with sunbeds was accepted last week by Wyre Forest District Council.
The planning officer concluded: "The proposed change of use is considered acceptable and is appropriate for the setting.
"In addition, the proposal will not have any serious adverse effect on the residential amenity of neighbouring properties, nor will it cause harm to the significance of the conservation area".
