THE best and worst GP surgeries in Wyre Forest have been revealed in this year’s patient survey.

The 2023 GP Patient Survey is the largest of its kind conducted by the NHS and is sent out to over two million people across the UK.

The survey was completed between January and April this year.

A total of 24,064 questionnaires were sent to patients registered with Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System, and 9,690 forms were returned – representing a response rate of 40 per cent.

In Wyre Forest, Cleobury Mortimer Surgery was the best rated for overall experience where 95 per cent of patients said their overall experience was good.

At the other end of the scale, 69 per cent of respondents at Bewdley Medical Centre said they are happy with their experience.

  • Stourport Medical Centre, Dunley Road - 79%
  • Chaddesley Surgery, Hemmingway, Chaddesley Corbett, Kidderminster - 76%
  • Kidderminster Medical Centre, Waterloo Street, Kidderminster - 73%
  • The Church Street Practice, Callows Lane, Kidderminster - 72%
  • Bewdley Medical Centre, Dog Lane, Bewdley - 69%
