ARMED police descended on Kidderminster and arrested four men.
Officers with guns were at Springfield Lane, near Springfield Park, yesterday (Monday October 23) where they arrested four men on suspicion of aggravated burglary.
The men were believed to be in possession of a weapon.
One man was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B or C drugs.
All five remained in police custody today (Tuesday).
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said it received a report of a burglary at a property on Brookthorpe Close in Worcester yesterday at around 2.10pm.
They said: "Officers promptly attended the incident, but the suspects had fled the scene.
"They were later located on Springfield Lane in Kidderminster.
"Due to a report that they had a weapon upon them, armed officers also attended the incident."
