The council has announced that it is unable to empty bins in some parts of Kidderminster today (Wednesday, December 27).
Wyre Forest District Council said the rubbish won't be collected in the Clensmore, Green Hill, Horsefair, Hurcott Lane and St George's area.

A spokesperson for Wyre Forest District Council said: "Please leave your bin out and we will return for collection as soon as possible.
"Apologies for any inconvenience."
