Beale’s Corner has also re-opened one-way into town.

The B4184 Switchback between Bewdley and Stourport has re-opened.

The highways team said on their post about Beale’s Corner: “We're grateful to our friends at Wyre Forest District Council for their help with the clean up this morning.”

Bewdley Flood Group posted on its Facebook page: "River's down, sun is up, bridge is open, road is immaculately cleaned. People are industriously cleaning, cellars are still pumping, birds are cheeping and a very hungry swan has returned to Beale's Corner."

The post added that the Environment Agency has been on site working to "clean-up raw sewage from along the villas by the boating club".
