A road had to be closed following a two-vehicle collision in Stourport-on-Severn this morning (Thursday, February 8) which left one woman injured.
West Mercia Police said they were called to a collision on Millfields Drive at around 8.10am with the road closure causing traffic problems in the area.
Residents were being advised to find an alternative route.
In an update shortly before 9.30am, West Mercia Police revealed officers had managed to reopen the road in both directions but that the vehicles involved were still waiting to be recovered.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We were called to a two-vehicle collision on Millfields Drive in Stourport, Worcestershire around 8.10am this morning (February 8).
"One woman suffered minor injuries and the road has been reopened."
