Here is a list of some of the latest cases heard at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court. 

GRANT UNDERHILL, of Castle Road, Kidderminster, indicated a guilty plea to possessing a controlled class A drug on September 29, 2022. 

Underhill was found to be in possession of 2.5 grams of cocaine. 

He was given a forfeiture and destruction order where the cocaine was seized and destroyed. 

He also indicated a guilty plea to assault with intent to resist arrest when he assaulted a police officer on September 29, 2022, in Kidderminster. 

He was ordered to pay £50 in compensation. 

WILLIAM LOVERIDGE, of Hermitage Way, Stourport-on-Severn, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a property valued under £5,000 on January 21. 

Loveridge was accused of damaging a ring doorbell to the value of £140 on Hermitage Way. 

He has been remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing on April 4. 

FLORAN RADOI, of no fixed abode, Kidderminster, indicated a guilty plea to attempted theft from a shop on February 2. 

Radoi was accused of trying to steal chocolate and nappies from Tesco to the value of £190. 

Radoi also indicated a guilty plea to two other counts of attempted theft and nine counts of theft. 

A guilty plea was also indicated for possessing a controlled Class A drug.

Radoi has been given a suspended sentence and a forfeiture and destruction order. 

LEE CHAMBERLAIN, of Falcon Close, Kidderminster, changed his plea to guilty on a charge of assault by beating on December 24, 2023. 

He was ordered to pay costs and compensation and given a community order of unpaid work totalling 180 hours.
